While completing my degree in International Business from Auburn University, I also studied at Université Stendhal in Grenoble, France. Afterward, I worked in high-end luxury product sales across various industries including furnishings and jewelry. Collectively, this experience trained my keen eye for design and a natural ease when working with clientele who have high expectations for both products and service. I also gained invaluable skills in marketing and sales that transitioned perfectly into my real estate career.

An attraction to beauty, culture, and immersive experiences positioned me on a natural path to excellence in service and sales in the real estate industry.

Outside of the personal relationships I have built through real estate, my proudest accomplishment is being named Agent of the Year in 2022. This demonstrated my commitment to partnership and collaboration with fellow agents, in addition to my earning a spot in the top 1% of agents in the Chattanooga MLS and top 15 at Real Estate Partners Chattanooga as a solo agent.

A love for my hometown and perhaps a genetic predisposition for the real estate industry compelled me to leave the corporate world and join my mom, Darlene, to form the Darlene Brown Ryan May Team. Together we have led our company through a period of growth while maintaining the goal of quality over quantity in every aspect of the business. Additionally, we use a combined 40+ years of experience in the real estate industry to help buyers, sellers, and investors in the Chattanooga area.

After graduating McCallie School in Chattanooga and Samford University, I spent nearly 20 years in business, marketing, and sales at Coca-Cola Bottling Company United. I returned home with a greater appreciation for our city, its unique beauty, opportunities, and quality of life.

I also invest my time in Greater Chattanooga REALTORSⓇ, serving on the MLS Committee and the Board of Directors. Building relationships across the industry and city and having a reputation for both ethical and profitable business partnerships remains a priority for me.
