We are proud to have been the exclusive listing agents for all of Cameron Harbor, the first master-planned community on Chattanooga's Riverfront, from pre-development to close.

Cameron Harbor Logo

Ground broke on the historic project in 2011 with excitement and support from both the public and private sectors. The mixed-use development was to include riverfront homes, village homes, and luxury townhomes with boat slips facing the Riverfront. With it came an extension of the Chattanooga Riverwalk, a new SpringHill Suites by Marriott, local restaurants, and apartment living developments.

All three phases of the riverfront and village homes have been sold out. You can find select resales here or ask us to identify off-market opportunities for you.
As of 2023, all 19 of the Luxury Townhomes with boat slips are sold or under contract. However, please ask us about off-market opportunities or available resales.
We truly believe that Cameron Harbor is one of the best neighborhoods in Chattanooga, and we'd love to give you a tour. Contact Ryan at 423.667.5922.

LEED in Chattanooga

River Street Architecture, a local leader in environmentally responsible design, designed the Cameron Harbor townhomes to meet the requirements for certification under the LEED for Homes rating system. LEED for Homes, a product of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), was created to promote the design and construction of high-performance green homes, which use less energy, water, and natural resources, create less waste, and are more durable and comfortable for occupants. In order to meet the requirements set forth by LEED for Homes, the Cameron Harbor Townhomes employed strategies such as the use of high-efficiency mechanical and plumbing systems, rehabilitation of a previously industrial site, and the use of building materials that place less demand on our natural resources. The townhome owners benefit from these practices and construction choices, reduced utility costs and water consumption.

Chattanooga Climate Action Plan
The Cameron Harbor Townhomes volunteered to serve as the pilot project for a new residential rating system for Chattanooga that was developed in response to the recommendations outlined in the Chattanooga Climate Action Plan. The plan, commissioned by Mayor Littlefield after signing the U.S. Mayors Climate Protection Agreement and utilizing broad base public input, contains an assessment of Chattanooga’s greenhouse gas emissions and targets several strategic areas for development ranging from protecting biodiversity to mainstreaming sustainable building practices.
