A love for my hometown and perhaps a genetic predisposition for the real estate industry led me to leave the corporate world and join my mother, Darlene Brown, in real estate. I'm a proud graduate of The McCallie School and Samford University and, after graduation, spent more than 15 years in business, marketing, and sales at Coca-Cola Bottling Company United before moving back home. Our corporate relocation to Chattanooga led me to a renewed appreciation for this city, its unique beauty, opportunities, and quality of life.
The Darlene Brown Ryan May Team is a family team and we use over 40 years of industry experience to serve both residential buyers and sellers, and specialize in new construction homes, downtown and suburban developments, commercial real estate, and leasing. We're proud to be leaders in the local real estate market, but our commitment to treating our clients like family is first focus. I currently serve on the Greater Chattanooga REALTORS® Board of Directors and MLS Committee.
I feel a strong commitment to my family, faith, and community. I have been active in United Way of Chattanooga as a committee chairman, served on the board of directors of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, been a youth softball coach, and a committee chairman at Chambliss Children’s Center. Most recently, I've been a very active volunteer at the Clifton Hills Elementary School through the company’s “adoption” program.
I live on Missionary Ridge with my beautiful and smart wife, Courtnie. We are recently empty-nesters with two daughters at Ole Miss. I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and golfing in my down time.
